Violation types
Moderation actions use clear categories: Child Safety, Scamming, Spam, Minimum Age Requirements, Harassment and Bullying, Hateful Conduct, Threats and Violence, Privacy and Doxxing, Phishing and Malware, Impersonation, Sexual Content and Exploitation, Platform Abuse, Illegal or Dangerous Activity, and Other Community Guidelines Violation.
Child safety and minimum age
- Users must be at least 13.
- No grooming, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to endanger children.
- Do not help someone below the minimum age bypass age restrictions.
Scams, phishing, and malware
- No scams, fake giveaways, payment fraud, phishing, malware, token grabbers, credential theft, or fake login pages.
- Do not request passwords, authentication codes, session tokens, or other secrets.
Spam and platform abuse
- No mass unsolicited DMs, channel flooding, raids, disruptive automation, or abusive account creation.
- Do not manipulate reports, reactions, invites, or other platform systems.
Harassment, hateful conduct, threats, and privacy
- No sustained harassment, bullying, stalking, hateful targeting, or credible threats of serious harm.
- Do not publish private personal information or intimate content without permission.
Alternate accounts (aka alts)
A previous suspension alone is not a violation on the new account. Continued harmful conduct is still enforceable, and repeated abuse across accounts may lead to additional anti-abuse measures.
Synthetic voices
- Only clone your own voice or a voice you have explicit permission to clone.
- Do not use synthetic voices to impersonate someone for fraud or abuse.
- Voice Catalog entries are synthetic and may be removed for rule violations.
Servers and reports
- Do not operate communities mainly for scams, child-safety abuse, harassment, spam, or other violations.
- Do not knowingly submit false reports to punish another person.
Enforcement
Actions can include content removal, warnings, feature limits, server changes, suspensions, or bans. Severity, context, repetition, intent, account history, and risk of harm are considered.
